This Privacy Policy explains how Wealth Solutions Partners SA (WS Partners) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you use this website and its services.

Data We Collect

• Contact details submitted through forms (name, email, company, phone).
• Account and registration details for OpenList and related services.
• Technical data such as IP address and browser type, recorded in server logs.
• With your permission, Google Analytics and PostHog measure visits to our public pages, the newsletter campaign and link placement that brought a visit, fund and service pages viewed, visible fund sections, estimated active time, scrolling, filter choices, chart controls, pointer pauses over selected metrics, and document and contact clicks. PostHog uses a random browser identifier to join permitted activity across visits on that browser. These observations help us understand interest in our content; they do not prove that someone read a document or intends to invest. We do not send typed form or search content, names, email addresses or signed-in account identifiers to these analytics tools.
• With a separate recording choice, PostHog can record masked public-page interactions and pointer movements for session replay and heatmaps. Page text and source attributes are masked; forms, images, charts rendered as SVG or canvas, and private account pages are excluded. A recording is an incomplete view of the page, not a record of form entries.

• If you subscribe to our newsletter, beehiiv holds your subscription details and records email opens and link clicks. Website campaign tags distinguish the edition, warm or cold version, link position and destination.

  With a separate personal follow-up choice in Privacy settings, a newsletter link carrying a random WS Partners reference can connect permitted website activity on that browser with the newsletter subscription and contact record the link was prepared for. WS Partners uses this to understand which funds and services may interest you and to prepare relevant personal follow-up. A forwarded email can connect activity with its original recipient; this is not proof of who visited. The choice is off unless you select it and requires audience analytics permission.

  The website keeps the reference-to-subscription connection for up to 90 days after the reference is issued. A browser connection ends no later than that reference, or sooner if its measurement permission expires or is withdrawn. Measurement permission lasts up to 180 days. PostHog receives a separate random connection code, not the newsletter reference, email address or subscription identifier.

  The automatic contact summary uses only permitted activity from the previous 30 days and the current permission period. It describes observed interest, not a verified identity or an intention to invest.

  You can withdraw the personal follow-up choice in Privacy settings. This stops new connections and removes the connection between the browser and subscription. Our hourly cleanup removes automatically written tracking details from the contact record when those fields still contain our automatic values. Reviewed sales fields and later human changes are preserved. If cleanup fails, it remains pending and is retried; removal from the contact record is not immediate.

  This cleanup does not automatically erase earlier analytics events or recordings from PostHog. Their provider retention is described below; contact us to request deletion. Without the personal follow-up choice, newsletter clicks and website visits are compared as totals per link. Declining does not affect the newsletter, public pages or contact form.

Your measurement choices

Optional website analytics starts only after you choose analytics in Privacy settings in the footer. Masked recordings and personal follow-up each require a separate choice and analytics permission. These options are off until selected. Investor confirmation does not grant tracking permission. You can change your choices or reject optional tracking in the same panel. Declining leaves the website and contact form usable. Withdrawing permission stops future collection; it does not automatically erase information already collected. Contact us to request deletion.

Service providers and storage

Our website is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. Google Analytics, PostHog and beehiiv support our website measurement and newsletter services. Detailed website events and permitted recordings are sent to our PostHog EU project, with primary storage in Germany. PostHog also lists security processing in Germany and France and network transit through worldwide locations. Beehiiv lists service providers in the United States for hosting, email delivery and other operations, and a provider in Germany for its collaborative editor. Google Analytics can process data in countries where Google and its service providers operate, including the United States and countries in Europe and elsewhere.

Hosting and analytics providers receive connection data, including an IP address, when your browser connects. We disable geographic enrichment in our PostHog event configuration. The providers publish their locations and transfer terms: Google service providers and processing terms; PostHog service providers and data-processing terms; beehiiv service providers and data-processing terms.

Where a page provides payment functionality, we use Stripe to support payments and help prevent fraud. Stripe may receive payment and device information and use cookies or similar technologies for these purposes. Its processing may involve countries outside Switzerland. Privacy settings and their signed receipts expire after 180 days. A random analytics browser identifier can persist in local storage until it is cleared or permission is withdrawn. PostHog advertises one year of event retention and one month of recording retention on its free plan; these are provider retention periods, not a promise that every copy is deleted on an exact date. Contact and account records follow the business, legal and compliance retention described below.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for business, legal, and compliance purposes. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing.
