Pathway Capital Management is raising Pathway Secondaries Fund IV

Pathway Capital Management is raising Pathway Secondaries Fund IV, its fourth fund in the secondaries series. The Irvine, California-based firm, founded in 1991 by partners from Wilshire Associates, said the new vehicle is its first secondaries raise since Clearlake Capital agreed in November 2025 to acquire the firm for approximately $1B.
