Kohlberg & Company registers eleventh flagship buyout fund

Dakota Private Markets said Kohlberg & Company has registered Kohlberg Investors XI, its eleventh flagship buyout fund. The firm said Fund X closed at $4.3B in September 2024 and reported an 18.5% IRR and 1.19x TVPI as of Q1 2026.

Dakota Private Markets also said Kohlberg & Company manages about $19B and focuses on middle market healthcare and services businesses.
