Sunstone Partners registers fourth fund after $925M Fund III close

Sunstone Partners has registered Sunstone Partners IV, its fourth fund, after the $925M close of Fund III in October 2022, Dakota Private Markets said.

Dakota Private Markets said Sunstone Partners pursues growth equity and growth buyout investments in technology and AI-enabled services businesses, typically deploying $75M to $200M per investment. The source also said Fund I reported a 3.09x TVPI and Fund II a 1.58x TVPI as of year-end 2025.
