The Mandarine Active Fund is a core offering to invest in Eurozone Equities with an enhanced risk assessment through extra-financial criteria.
The fund aims to outperform the Euro Stoxx Index NR with a quality growth approach integrating ESG criteria, strong emphasis on the Social analysis. Targeted companies must have strong ethical conduct, align the interests of the different stakeholders with a positive and inclusive societal contribution, both at individual and collective level. Active engagement with companies and voting policy. Extra-financial issues are included in all stages of the analysis process.
Proprietary ESG score (Active ® rating) calculated according to a best in universe approach. The rating is the average of 16 KPI’s identified to assess positive impact of “individuals” and “collective” rating. Additional controversies monitored to assess the quality of business models.
Diversified strategy with constrained sector/country biases, limited exposure to UK, Swiss and Nordic equities. The fund invests mainly in large and mid-caps stocks; the small cap exposure is capped at 25%. Concentrated portfolio of 35-40 holdings with high active share. Long-term investors with limited name turnover.
